Set-Up and Manage Payment Method

It is important to keep your payment information up to date to avoid payment rejections or service interruptions. With MyAccount you can make the following changes to your pre-authorized payments:

  • Manage payment types – change between pre-authorized payments from your credit card or bank account
  • Manage credit card account information – we accept Visa, Mastercard and Amex
  • Update your credit card expiry date

  1. Login to MyAccount
  2. Select Billing & payment from the top menu options.  Then select Manage payment method.

  3. If you have more than one account registered to MyAccount, select the account you wish to manage from the drop-down menu.
  4. Select a Payment Method under the Choose new method of payment
  5. Enter the new billing method information.
  6. Click Save.
