Confirming Your Installation Appointment
We will send you an email confirming the details of your installation, within three days of your order being completed.

If you haven’t received it within 3 days, please check your spam folder. (You might want to add us to your contacts to avoid this in the future.) If you can’t locate it, or if you need to reschedule your appointment, please contact us.
Register for MyAccount to Track Your Order
  1. To register for MyAccount click here
  2. Click on the Register now option found at the bottom of the screen.
  3. Enter your Cable Internet account number, postal code and the email address used to sign up.
  4. Enter and confirm your new password. Click Continue.
  5. Your registration is now complete. Click on Log in to MyAccount to manage your Cable Internet service.
